Over summer our family love fruzio berry smoothies - so easy, nutritious and delicious. For 4 people all you require is 2 cups of fruzio frozen berries, 1 1/2 cup of milk (we use rice milk) 3 TBS liquid honey - place all in the blender and blend until all combined. if you wish to make a refreshing sorbet - use less milk - ENJOY!!
